Due to the nature of professional services, payments made for consultations, legal work, document preparation, company formation services, residency applications, accounting services, translations, and related professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Government fees, bank fees, registry fees, translations, courier expenses, apostille expenses, third-party expenses, and official costs paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
• If a client cancels a service before work has started, Sixto Law Firm LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund minus administrative and processing costs.
• Sixto Law Firm LLC does not guarantee approval or acceptance by banks, government institutions, immigration authorities, registries, or third parties, as those decisions are made independently by such institutions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal collection actions.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by written notice through our Contact page.

If professional work has already started, fees paid are generally non-refundable due to time allocation, legal analysis, document drafting, consultations, filings, and administrative work already performed.

For scheduled consultations:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
• Missed consultations or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Sixto Law Firm LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases involving fraud, abusive conduct, illegal activity, non-cooperation, failure to provide required documentation, or violations of applicable laws and regulations.

Any unused portion of prepaid services may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sixto Law Firm LLC.

3. Card Payment Terms

By submitting a payment through our website or payment links, the client authorizes Sixto Law Firm LLC to charge the selected debit or credit card for agreed professional services.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

The client confirms that:

• They are the authorized holder of the payment method.
• The payment is voluntary.
• The services requested are lawful.

Certain services may require identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or compliance checks in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and professional obligations.

Sixto Law Firm LLC reserves the right to reject or refund payments that appear suspicious, unauthorized, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.
